Start a healthy child's growth before pregnancy.

When I was in my early 20, I read the book of Adele Davis, "Eat right to fit. " I learned from her that "You are what you eat." I also learned that our babies are what we eat while we are pregnant and then what they eat when they are born. If you nurse your baby, then they are still what you eat as long as you are nursing them. My Bible during my first pregnancy over 38 years is "Ask for a healthy child " With I began to follow her guidelines before pregnancy, knowing that my health has a big effect on the health of the baby.

There is more information about good nutrition that is available today, and I want to encourage anyone who wants to have a healthy child to start learning and using a healthy approach to eating. Studying yourself on good nutrition is an important part of raising a good baby. However, the good rule of thumb is if they do not eat it 200 years ago do not eat it now! This means that there is no fast food, no food-packed-including sodas, cakes and candies-no preservatives, no fruit and vegetables grown with pesticides or artificial fertilizers or foods that are grown with estrogen and pesticide rearing. It also means not to smoke or drink means no caffeine. If you want a healthy child, you need to put a pure organic food in your body before you get pregnant and continue throughout your pregnancy. Of course, then you want to feed yourself and your family clean the food when your child is born.

If you are pregnant or think about pregnancy, you have a wonderful opportunity place a strong foundation of health for your child. Why not start now feeding yourself well and learn all you can about creating a healthy child? You're going to be a parent, all the rest of your life. You can do a lot to make your baby rearing experience a happy one by being responsible for your physical and emotional health before pregnancy. If you have not been punished enough to eat well before pregnancy, there may be an idea of eating good for your child to be enough to stimulate you.
